| Ah... Just came back from Genting Highlands yesterday. A nice and tiring trip though. But most importantly, it was fun! Went in 2 cars, kirk and jocelyn drove, 3 in each car. adrian and jack are in jocelyn's and huishan and myself are in kirk's. Had breakky at kayu near clayt's on sunday morning before we head off. Cool weather, drizzling, cooling, nice!! Had a little drama half way through the winding up hill road, jocelyn's car oversteered and could have crash if she did not managed to gain back control. fuhh... what a relief, thank God for nothing bad happened. :) according to her, the car wasnt responsive when the turn. It was slowly drifting towards the mountain wall, so as she turn the wheel more the car lost it and almost went spinning. Well i guess jeremy from top gear was right about the car; perodua kenari... oversteer and understeer, all in one package. hahahaha...
Had lots of fun up there. Had steamboat in the hotel room too... hahaa... we walk around a lot, nice fresh air up there... but wherever we go there's always people smoking. damn those people!!! But thank goodness kirk knows a place where we get super cool and windy air... although a bunch of uncle smoking there as well, but the wind is so strong that we cant smell their smoke. :) It was so cold that our fingers are all freezing... haha... and to make it more interesting we ate icecream out there. :p woo hoo!!! nice!!!
The next day we head down early as we wanted to avoid the jam. However we went for detour at bukit tinggi french village. hahaa... so in the end we still ended up in a little jam along the highway. hahaa.. but its all good!! we all had fun, we all reached home safely. Thank God!
Next weekend, i may be going again with another bunch of friends. haahaha.. and the week after, will be going fraser's hill with ex colleagues. wow!!! really crazy for mountains and cooling wheather. hahahaa... and not forgetting i went to camerons with kc and co early this month. hahaha... nice!!! lets organise more trips!!! | | |
| Yea, just want to shout, shout out what ever stress and unhappiness and hatred in life. Life do suck sometimes, and it suck real big time at times, although it can be real good when we're having good times. Full of unnecessary stress from parents, especially my dad. what ever i do also they wanted to give comment, what ever also want reason, whatever also want his authority. What's more there to life? its more like a prison. Why cant i have a tat? why cant i go to a new church for new revival and a fresh start? why arent you happy if i take up a 24/7 shift job? why cant you just shut up when i drive? why are you making comments on my driving? why do you even want me to drive you around if you likes to make comments and complaints? why do you care if my friend's car is louder than a truck? why why why? Sometimes the 'F' word just feels like coming out when he do such things to me. But i dont know... may be God gives me high tolerance on this because He knows my dad is as such. But Lord, i am letting you know... I've had enough! Dear friends who are reading this, thanks for reading my frust. reading me scream. please do pray for me too. Cheerio! John, out. | | |
| Hey ya my friends!!! yea i know i know its been a long long time since my last update. Uh... wow its been too long since i blog, i dont know what to write. hahhaa.. Well, guess i'll just talk about the usual stuff... my everyday life.
Life's been different since the beginning of July, why? cos my brother just got married end of June. So now there's an extra person in the family. Lots of things needs to be adjusted, some old habits like walking around the house only with boxers on is a NO NO. (although i only do that from my room to the toilet or vice versa)
Speaking of changes, am now wanting to change to a different church for a new fresh start. Been following Clayts and co to church on and off now. Am liking the church and getting use to the custom and the people there. However, dad dont seem to approve of me switching over. Said a family must go to one same church and worship together. Well, i dont know man, just dont work out for me. I am not growing spiritually in my old church, dont ask me why, cos i dont know why myself. I've been there stagnant and not serving for a long time now. And i've come to realised its not a right thing to do. So for my friends who are reading this, please do keep me in prayers that my dad would understand and allow me to switch.
Alright now, enough of that sad stuff. I'll just have to leave it for Him to work on my dad. This morning, my parents went to bangkok for holiday over the weekend. So, being alone at home now as my siblings are all out working i managed to clear off some food which has been i the freezer for months. Man, i dont know why mom didnt just get rid of them before getting new one... Found some frozen meatballs in the freezer, there's only 8 balls left, i was thinking... man, why not just cook it up and clear the freezer a bit. hahahaa... While i'm at it, also found a couple of chicken whole leg in the freezer. hehehee... took 2 out and marinated them. Just simply, i grabbed whatever mom's got on her spice shelf. Lemon and Pepper, Mint Flakes, Black Peppercorns and Mixed Herbs, a little of each and half orange to be squashed onto the chicken. Put it in a bag and refrigerator to be marinated . Ah... cant wait to grill them tonight. :)
Now, hope i can update more frequently nowadays. hahahaha... cheerio!

| Attended my colleague's wedding at Klang Centro Mall last Sunday. Let me introduce the newly wedded couple. Jusri, the bridegroom; he is an ex colleague and friend in HSBC. Needless to say, he is the one who interviewed me when i applied for job there 2 years ago. Without him i might not be in HSBC now. hahahaa... But now he is no longer in HSBC, infact he changed a couple of companies already after HSBC. All i know is that he is earning big bucks now. And the Melissa, the bride; so happened... yea, just so happened she is in the same batch of newbies training as myself. We were serving HSBC AU, then NZ, but now she moved on and served as AM with HSBC Taiwan. unlike me, still in NZ. hahaha... The card stated starting 7pm sharp but as usual Malaysian timing is always out. As for me, i dont like being late... not my style. So i left my house around 5pm. hahaha.... But there's reason to leave early also, cos have to pick up people along the way. Maxx and Nicole came to my house, they hop in my car and we head to 1utama tp pick up Fremont. After that head all the way down to Subang, meet up with Nikki and Amanda, as they do not know the way. So guided them from Subang Parade to the first toll, met up Adrian and Jenny. Then 3 cars convoy to Centro Mall, Klang. Unfortunately, i had to lead the way cos non of them is familiar with Klang. Actually i myself dont know where is Centro Klang, only know its somewhere near PeiYin's house. Tought of calling her if we ever get lost, but thank God we managed to find the way. ahahahaa.... And we reached there way early, around 6.15pm. So we walk around the mall before entering the ballroom. At 7pm sharp, we were standing at the entrance of the ballroom. And all we saw is a few chun chick at the reception table waiting for guests, the groom and also a ballroom filled with tables but no people... (-_-")... so, we're the first to arrive after all. haha... Was a good dinner, best is able to meet up with ex colleagues who left hsbc as well as having fun with current colleagues as well. (oh, an ex-colleague, Dev complaint i never update blog lately... okla, will update more yeah! hahaa... keep visiting.) Left Klang at around 11pm+... i think, around there la... however i reached home at about 1.30am. haih... what to do, being good person, i sent few of them home. Drop Amanda at Subang, then lead Nikki from Suabng back to Puchong, then drop Nicole back at office, sent Jenny back home at Nilai, then only i can go home... haih... But kesian Maxx, cos his car is at my house, so have to follow me all along and he have to drive home after that. And what's worst is he is working at 5am that morning. hahaa... But most importantly, we had fun. Woo Hoo!!! | | |
